YTY Recognized a Second Time at Employee Experience Awards (EXA)
- Monday, June 1, 2026
YTY is pleased to announce that it has been recognized once again at the prestigious Employee Experience Awards (EXA) 2026, this time for the Best In-House Candidate Experience. Our achievement this year builds on the award we received last year, during our inaugural year of participation, where YTY was recognized for a separate, but equally meaningful, award relating to Best Employee Feedback & Listening Strategy.
The Employee Experience Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate outstanding commitment to creating exceptional workplace experiences. Organized by Human Resources Online, a leading pan-Asian publication dedicated to advancing excellence in human capital management, the awards are structured around four core pillars: Leadership, Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. The selection process aims to identify and celebrate employers that cultivate inclusive, people-centric, and high-performing workplace cultures, while empowering employees to realize their full potential.
This year, YTY was recognized with a Bronze award for Best In-House Candidate Experience, which specifically honors organizations that demonstrate excellence in managing every stage of a prospective employee’s journey, from interviews, to assimilation, to integration. YTY competed against established heavy weights in this category including CIMB Bank and Edwards Lifesciences, who won Gold and Silver, respectively.
Shanice Koh, who heads YTY’s Executive Recruitment, notes “We are delighted to have won an Employee Experience Award for the second consecutive year. What makes this year’s award special is that it recognizes the unique focus YTY places on identifying talented candidates, providing them with a positive assessment experience, and then ensuring we engage with them effectively during the joining process so that they can contribute meaningfully as soon they start with us.”
Shanice goes on to note “The judging panel reviewed 250 entries across 43 categories, making the overall competition highly selective. Unlike traditional industry-specific awards, the Employee Experience Awards attracts organizations already widely recognized for their sophisticated HR and employee experience practices, including leading healthcare institutions, global hotel brands, major banks, and technology-enabled employers. The fact that YTY earned an award against such esteemed competitors reflects our deep commitment to build an employee-first culture, an inclusive workplace dynamic, and an environment where newcomers feel welcome and energized.”
This award more broadly underscores YTY’s employee-oriented approach, which focuses on recognizing and rewarding talent, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of lifelong learning and achievement. YTY remains committed to ensuring it delivers exceptional workplace experiences for all of its employees, and looks forward to reinforcing its position as an employer of choice within the healthcare industry.
