YTY Releases Annual CSR Newsletter, YTY Cares 2024

We are pleased to release YTY Cares 2024, our annual corporate social responsibility newsletter.  The newsletter seeks to capture the many activities, causes, and campaigns that YTY Group has been passionately involved in last year.  While specific activities profiled within have been individually written-up at the time of the event, the newsletter seeks to bring these all together to highlight the diversity, scale, and consistency of our CSR efforts throughout the course of the year.
The past year has been a remarkable period of collaboration, action, and shared purpose.  YTY employees have planted mangroves to combat climate change, worked hard to protect coastal ecosystems, and enthusiastically supported biodiversity efforts.  Our partnership with the local chapter of Rise Against Hunger addressed a key social challenge, and we ended the year with our capstone event, Manjung Run & Ride, which brought over 3,000 people together in support of health, fitness, and community spirit.
YTY provided funds to refurbish school libraries to nurture curious minds and groom the next generation of scholars.  We supported the rebuilding of community places of worship to preserve foundational spaces that bring people together in faith, service, and solidarity.  Our CSR efforts and commitment to community welfare extended beyond Malaysia, as was demonstrated by the support of numerous local and provincial causes by Medisafe Technologies, our Indonesian operating entity.
As we pursued these activities throughout the year, we are thankful to the many employees who voluntarily participated in them.  The number of volunteers involved increases with each passing year, reflecting the enthusiasm, team spirit, and capacity that YTY employees have to give back.

In closing, it is comforting to note that, despite the volatile and increasingly uncertain world we face today, YTY remains committed to leading with passion and purpose, and doing its part for the well-being of our communities, the preservation of our environment, and the advancement of our people.
