YTY is pleased to announce a Bronze win at the prestigious
Employee Experience Awards
(EXA) 2025 recently held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The company was recognized in the category of Best Employee Feedback & Listening Strategy, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing journey to elevate the employee experience and enhance our workplace culture.
Organized by Human Resources Online, a pan-Asian organization dedicated to excellence in human capital strategy, the Employee Experience Awards celebrates outstanding achievement by organizations that create a positive and engaging workplace environment. Structured across four core pillars, namely Leadership, Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition, the awards recognize organizations committed to developing and sustaining positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environments.
This year marked YTY’s inaugural participation in the Employee Experience Awards. We were honored to be considered alongside corporate heavyweights such as financial titan CIMB, pharmaceutical giant Guardian, and food delivery leader Foodpanda. YTY’s recognition as a category winner validates our ongoing commitment to creating a corporate environment where every employee is valued, and every voice is heard.
In addition to the Bronze win, YTY was also named as a finalist in two other categories: Most Innovative Leadership Development Programme and Best Onboarding Experience. Being named as a finalist in these additional categories underscores our efforts to more broadly nurture talent, strengthen employee engagement, and provide a welcoming and well-structured onboarding experience for new hires.
Ravi Ragunathan, Vice President of Human Resources at YTY, notes “We are very pleased to have been shortlisted for awards in three separate categories, and to be recognized as a winner in one, given that this is the first time that YTY is taking part in the Employee Experience Awards. Although our journey towards enhancing the employee experience is far from over, this recognition affirms the significant strides we’ve made to invest in our people and the workplace environment we seek to foster.”
As we look ahead, YTY remains committed to evolving our people-first strategies, ensuring our employees feel encouraged, excited, and emboldened, and driving organizational excellence at every stage of our employees’ professional journeys with us.
